Domestic self-regulating heating cables

Our self-regulating heating trace heating systems can be used for frost protection and temperature maintenance of grease lines.

Self-regulating with adaptable output, various temperature range applications, demand-orientated output grading, high chemical resistance, no temperature limitation required (important advantage as regards Ex-applications), easy to lay and to install and can be cut to length off the roll.

Our offered product range include the Raychem XL-Trace (WinterGard), FroStop, R-ETL self-regulating heating cable product lines, Eltherm ELSR-N, ELSR-M self-regulating heating cable product lines, Eltrace Traceco self-regulating heating cable product lines, SST Group LTR, LTM self-regulating heating cable product lines supplemented with complete accessory systems.These frost protection self-regulating heating cables are suitable for any pipe material (copper, threaded pipes, stainless steel pipes, plastic pipes and composite metal pipes without restriction).
For plastic pipes, please use aluminium adhesive tape.

CE20-01 heat-shrink connection and end seal kit. (only for WinterGard and FroStop cables)
CE20-03 heat-shrink connection and end seal kit. (only for R-ETL cables)
CE25-N-AO / CE25-M-AO heat-shrink connection and end seal kit. (only for ELSR-N, ELSR-M, Traceco and LTM/LTR cables)
IEK-25-04 and IEK-25-PIPE insulation entry kits are designed to protect cables when passing through the thermal insulation cladding.
JB16-02 junction/T connection box are designed to connect power to up to three parallel heating cables.
JB-SB-08 support bracket are used to fix junction boxes on pipes or cable trays.
CCE-03-CR cold lead connection and end seal kit. (only for WinterGard and FroStop cables)
U-ACC-PP-07 cold lead connection and end seal kit. (only for WinterGard and FroStop cables)
AT-TS-13 (-5 to +15°C) and AT-TS-14 (0 to +120°C) line sensing electronic thermostats
SB-110 support bracket are used to fix thermostats on pipes.
PSE-047, PSE-090, PSE-280 and PSE-540 metal straps for pipe mounting of support brackets
ETL Electric traced label to be placed at 5 m intervals on insulation surface

Fixing materials

GT-66 is a 20m roll of glass tape for attaching heating cable to pipe (not for stainless-steel pipes).
GS-54 is a 16m roll of glass tape for attaching heating cable to pipe (for stainless-steel pipes).
GT-180 is a 50m roll of glass tape for attaching heating cable to pipe (for stainless-steel pipes).
ATE-180 is a 55m roll of aluminum tape for attaching heating cables and thermostat sensors to pipes and tanks (heat-transfer tape for plastic pipes).
ELAA-50 is a 50m roll of aluminum tape for attaching heating cables and thermostat sensors to pipes and tanks (heat-transfer tape for plastic pipes).
